When a friend excitedly told me about the Anastasia books, I felt the lightness in her energy. Now that I have read one, I also feel lifted and inspired and charmed and invigorated. The story of Megre's meeting with Anastasia and their life journey together continues with this book, which covers the power of positive thinking and visualizing, nutrition, overcoming the negative energies of system structures around us, co-creating positive cultural relationships, and daring to tune outselves with Nature and cultivate our own paradises. This is a book for anyone seeking responsible freedom by learning about that incredible energy inside us which can empower us to give our dreams physical reality.

I have read all the other books in the series and this one provides insights and information that is truly enlightening. I especially enjoyed the conversation and information from Anastasia's grandfather. The book really makes you re-evaluate our present world and how we got to where we are. It shatters present dogma with some very interestings logical conclusions.

Haven't read this book yet (I'm currently reading #6). Good series if you're interested in the future of humanity or your own spiritual development. Not so good if you love technology (like me), but I don't think science and technology are necessarily holding us back.
